Patients in pain are searching for an emergency dentist right now. Make sure they can find you.
Emergency Dentist Near Me is a directory that helps people with a dental emergency find practices that list emergency care on their own websites. We started with the UK. Claiming your practice is free, takes a few minutes, and lets you control the details patients see.

What we are
We list over 1,800 UK dental practices, built from official public registers (see Our Data Sources). Patients can search by nearest distance, by practice name, or by location, and can browse emergency dentists by town. If someone submits an urgent help request, we contact the practices that have told us they offer emergency appointments. We are a directory, not a dental provider: we never give clinical advice, and urgent cases are pointed to NHS 111 or 999 as appropriate.
Our aim
Our aim is simple: to get the patient seen and treated as fast as possible, so their pain ends sooner. Everything we build is judged against that. Every minute saved between a patient searching and treatment being given is a minute less in pain.
How it works for your practice
- Find and claim your listing. Search for your practice by name or postcode and create an account. It is free. If your practice is not listed yet, add it here.
- Check your details. Keep your phone number, website, service areas and short description accurate so patients reach the right place. For patient safety, your phone, email and website are locked until we have verified your registration, so nobody can redirect another practice’s patients.
- Tell us you offer emergency appointments. Practices that confirm they offer emergency appointments and are accepting new patients are included in our emergency-match shortlist.
- Choose a plan only if you want more. The plans are explained below in plain English.
Help us build this with you
We need your help to really understand how an emergency patient reaches your practice today: who answers, how you fit them in, and what slows it down. With that, we can build a bespoke way of communicating with you that fits how your practice actually works, rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all system. If you would like to help shape it, get in touch and tell us how emergencies reach you.
The plans, in plain English
- Free. If your practice does emergency appointments, your practice name appears in our directory at no cost.
- Standard. Choose this if you also want patients to see your contact details on your listing, such as your phone number and a message form.
- Pro. Choose this if you actively want patient requests to come to you. Matched emergency requests are sent straight to you.
For current prices, see the pricing page. Paid placements are described openly in How We Make Money.
What to expect, honestly
- We are a new and growing directory. We do not promise a number of patients or enquiries, and we will not quote figures we cannot show you.
- There is a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and you can cancel at any time. See the refund policy.
- We never change a registration number, verification status or rating for a paying practice, and we do not take payment to hide anything.
- If anything on your listing is wrong, tell us on the corrections page and we will fix it.
Questions
Do I have to pay to be listed?
No. Every practice we identify from official registers has a free basic listing, and claiming it is free.
Who can claim a listing?
Someone who runs or represents the practice. We check your registration details; until that is done, your phone, email and website stay locked and everything else is yours to edit.
How do emergency enquiries reach me?
Practices in the emergency-match shortlist may be contacted when a patient submits an urgent request nearby. On Pro, matched requests are forwarded to you automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Use the account link in your payment confirmation email, or contact us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is this only for the UK?
We are starting in the UK. If your practice is elsewhere and you are open to taking on patients with emergency needs, tell us about your practice. It helps us see where there is demand, and we would be glad to bring you on board when we open in your country.
